Crest recently put on a lunch and learn for our staff to teach us about their new product ‘Crest Gum Detoxify Toothpaste’.

This new toothpaste claims to:

Help reduce gingivitis
Decrease risk of enamel erosion
Reduce sensitivity

How is it able to do this?

Stannous Fluoride

Is antibacterial (Can fight bacteria that causes gingivitis)
This eliminates bacteria that causes acid spikes in the mouth
Therefore reducing acid wear on the teeth
Fluoride is also used to reduce sensitivity to hot and cold.

What else do I need to do to improve gingivitis?

Brush 2x day
Floss 1x day
Maintain regular dental hygiene visits
